Twelve weeks of live group coaching with Julie Griffis, PT. Not a one-size protocol: the foundations, your honest starting place, the skills of safe progression, and a path you choose to continue on. Built for bodies that other exercise programs screen out.
POTS and dysautonomia, with or without the frequent companions: hypermobility, ME/CFS, long COVID, mast cell reactivity. If every exercise program you have tried assumed a body that could already stand and push, this one starts lower, on purpose. The post-exertional-malaise question is screened for at the start, so the movement track fits the body you actually have, including the body that crashes.
Real POTS reconditioning runs months longer than any course, and a program that implies otherwise is not being honest with you. Steady Steps gets you assessed, grounded, safely started, and pointed down a path you chose, with the data and the skills to keep walking it. Week twelve is a launch, not a finish line, and no cure is promised here, because promising one would be a lie.
The order of the course is itself the accommodation: you get weeks of understanding, and time to trust the room, before anything that reads as assessment. Cameras optional, attend lying down, and the dosing rule the whole program runs on is sub-threshold: low enough not to flare you, consistent enough to matter. A flare is treated as information, never as failure.
Julie Griffis, PT is a physical therapist, not a medical doctor. This program teaches mechanism, gives you data-gathering tools, and helps you advocate; it does not diagnose, prescribe medication or sodium doses, or replace your physician. Everything here is built to put you in the room with your own doctor holding real information.
On August 20, the Wheelchairs & Mobility Aids for POTS live workshop covers the tools that free up your energy budget. Steady Steps is where that freed-up budget gets spent on purpose. They were designed as a pair, and both replays live in your inbox either way.
$597 for the full twelve weeks: every live session, every replay, and the complete toolkit. That is twelve weeks of live group coaching with a PT who works with these bodies every day, for less than the private-pay cost of three individual visits. Coming to the August 20 wheelchair workshop? $50 of that fee applies here. Your credit arrives by email after the workshop.
