What we collect, and what we never do with it
DazzleCare is a small practice, and this page is written the way the rest of the site is: plainly. No legal maze, no surprises.
What we collect
- Your email (and first name, if you share it) — when you request a free guide or join a waitlist. This goes to Kit, the service that sends our emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
- Your account — if you create one for a course or the membership, your email and an encrypted password are held by Memberstack, our account provider.
- Payments — handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's secure pages. Your card number never touches this website, and we never see it.
- Your reading preferences — theme, text size, motion, and font choices are stored only in your own browser (localStorage). They never leave your device and we cannot see them.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, no selling or renting your information to anyone, ever.
- No medical records live on this site. The courses and resources are education, not a patient portal — please don't send personal health details through the email forms. (1:1 physical therapy uses a separate, secure practice-management system.)
Who helps us run this
A few services process data on our behalf, each under their own privacy policy: Kit (email), Memberstack (accounts), Stripe (payments), Substack (the newsletter embed), Google Fonts (typefaces), and Netlify (hosting, which keeps standard server logs).
Your choices
Unsubscribe: the link at the bottom of any email, any time.
See, correct, or delete your data: reply to any email from DazzleCare or Feral Fascia and ask — a human (Julie) reads those, and we'll take care of it promptly.
This page was last updated in July 2026. If how we handle data ever changes meaningfully, this page changes with it.
